FAYE HARRISON
Helping Children with Allergies and Feeding Difficulites.
Faye is a Registered Dietitian who obtained her BSc in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from the University of the Free State in South Africa, with distinction. Since graduating, Faye has gained over 10 years of experience working in paediatric nutrition and has developed a special interest in food allergy. She has completed Allergy Academy’s Allergy in Practice course for Healthcare Professionals and she currently contributes to world leading food allergy research at King’s College London.
Her MSc in Dietetics, which she completed in 2020, centred on maternal and childhood nutrition, while her thesis focused on food allergen labelling in vegan products. She has further completed the SOS feeding therapy course for fussy eaters. Faye enjoys using her specialist training to support children with food allergies achieve optimal growth and nutrition.
Faye is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Food Allergy Specialist Group of the British Dietetic Association.

The Step-by-Step Kidz Nutrition team specialises in paediatric food allergy, intolerances, growth faltering and feeding difficulties. Please see below further information on the different specialist individual consultations and group sessions.
Her team sees children from birth up to 16 years of age. As this practice provides a very specialist dietetic service, we only take children referred by paediatric specialist.
