CONSULTATIONS
Helping Children with Allergies, Food Intolerances, Growth Faltering and Feeding Difficulties.
Rosan Meyer and her team, are specialist paediatric dietitians, who specialise in food allergies and intolerances, nutritional support (advice on vitamin and mineral deficiencies), growth faltering and feeding difficulties (including picky eating), including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and neurodiversity like ASD and ADHD.
Step by Step Kidz Nutrition has a specialist focus on allergies and intolerances, childhood feeding difficulties including ARFID, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), vitamin and mineral deficiencies, faltering growth and nutritional support. Her team sees children from birth up to 16 years of age. As this practice provides a very specialist dietetic service, we only take children referred by paediatric specialist.
Step by Step Kidz Nutrition collaborates with multiple paediatric specialists in the London region.
These include paediatric allergist, gastroenterologist, immunologist, neurologist, dermatologist, child developmental specialist and a number of paediatrician.

THE CONSULTATION
Rosan and her team offer primarily virtual consultations, but you can contact the team (add) if you would like a face-to-face consultation, which are sporadically held at 84 Harley Street, London, W1G 7HW. Video consultations allow for an assessment in the comfort of your home, whilst multiple parties can join the consultation.
A video consultation also allows for a feeding assessment within the home environment and immediate access to nutritional products/supplements. Growth measurements are taken from existing growth charts or parents can perform these using the following guidance at home. Rosan only takes patients that have been referred by a number of specific paediatric specialist to improve/increase the accuracy of the dietetic advice.
All Consultation Includes:
Assessment of the growth chart.
Assessment of nutritional bloods (if available).
Clinical Assessment (guidance given to parents).
Dietary Assessment (through a food diary).
Dietary advice according to above information, including a written report.
With consent from all parties, parents can also request that the consultation is recorded.
