Rosan started in the NHS as paediatric dietitian in 1997 and started her private practice in 2005. She started her Limited Company Step by Step Kidz Nutrition in 2015 and has further expanded paediatric dietetic services to include food ladders to help induce tolerance to specific food allergens, ARFID, coeliac disease and group sessions for feeding difficulties.
The dietetic support service is delivered by a team of specialist paediatric dietitians, that all have many years of experience and have published multiple papers. We pride ourself with providing highly specialist dietetic support that collaborates with multiple paediatric specialist and allied health care colleagues, including speech and language, occupational and physiotherapy as well as psychology.

Patient Consultations
Step by Step Kidz Nutrition has a specialist focus on allergies and intolerances, childhood feeding difficulties including ARFID, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), vitamin and mineral deficiencies, faltering growth and nutritional support.
Her team sees children from birth up to 16 years of age. As this practice provides a very specialist dietetic service, we only take children referred by paediatric specialist.
